Signature Entertainment has unveiled the full official trailer for ‘Fall 2,’ the highly anticipated sequel to the surprise survival thriller that had audiences holding their breath and fearing every step. Raising the stakes even higher, the new film swaps one terrifying vertical nightmare for another, sending its protagonists into a brutal battle for survival high above the ground.
After discovering her late sister’s bucket-list journal, Jax, played by Harriet Slater, tracks down Luce, portrayed by Arsema Thomas, one of her sister’s closest friends. Together they set out to complete one of the journal’s most dangerous challenges by tackling the infamous plank walk of Mount Kwan in Thailand.
What begins as an emotional tribute quickly turns into a nightmare when a violent landslide leaves the pair stranded on a fragile platform suspended 11,000 feet in the air. With no easy escape and time running out, the climb becomes a desperate fight for survival.
Returning to the franchise are Jonathan Frank and Scott Mann, the creative team behind the original ‘Fall,’ while directing duties are taken on by acclaimed action, horror and suspense filmmakers the Spierig Brothers.
The film stars Harriet Slater (Outlander, Belgravia, Pennyworth), Arsema Thomas (Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story), and Tom Brittney (Grantchester).
