Vertigo Releasing has unveiled the trailer for ‘Extra Geography,’ an upcoming coming-of-age drama set against the backdrop of an English boarding school.
Directed by Molly Manners, who worked on Netflix’s acclaimed series ‘One Day,’ the film follows two teenage girls as they navigate the messy, exhilarating and sometimes confusing experience of girlhood.
At the heart of ‘Extra Geography’ is a summer project with an ambitious goal: to fall in love. As the girls set out to complete their challenge, they find themselves confronting the many complications that come with growing up, from friendship and boys to schoolwork, relationships and the pressures of figuring out who they want to be.
‘Extra Geography’ marks the feature film debut of lead actor Marni Duggan, who stars alongside Galaxie Clear, known for Secret Service, and Alice Englert, whose credits include Beautiful Creatures and Bad Behaviour.
