Kate Davies-Speak has been in the film industry for almost twenty years and is well known for her roles in British indie movies movies including The Cannibal Farm, The Barge People, Dead Air and web series Horizon in which she plays Jessica.
Earlier this month James Perkins sat down with Davies-Speak to find out more about her career so far, her love of gaming, the importance of crowdfunding and her pursuit of becoming Batgirl for the Joss Whedon movie. Kate discusses what got her into acting, her forthcoming projects, the strange new world of crowdfunding and fan support along with some of her favourite films.
