As is the way with Disney-Pixar films these days, Elemental made this interviewer sob. So when sat down with the two leading roles Leah Lewis & Mamoudou Athie – the vocal talents that make up the romantic narrative – profoundly moving scenes in cinema led our discussion.
The affable duo talk about their process making this film and building a chemistry on screen, and they speak about their most memorable moments in films that always make them cry, while they also speak about how they can relate to their characters, and whether they, like Ember, ever had any pushback when it came to following their dreams.
