When you plaster the name of Guillermo Del Toro over a poster you’re raising expectations considerably and this new horror from Troy Nixey has Del Toro and sometime Spielberg scribe Matthew Robbins behind it so chances are there will be something spooky going on in the dark.
Guy Pearce and Katie Holmes star in Nixey’s debut film along with eleven year old Bailee Madison whose biggest role to date is her turn in Bridge to Terabithia in 2007. She will play a young girl who moves into a new house with her father and his girlfriend to find that all is not what it seems.
The film is due to open FrightFest in London this August what we have today is another fairly decent poster, but it has nothing on the Comic Con poster which we saw in July last year (I’ve included it below so you can see what I mean).
