The BBC has launched a new promo trailer for the new season of ‘Doctor Who’ alongside a broadcast date of January 1st, 2020.
Jodie Whittaker, reprising the role of the Time Lord, will ring in the 12th series with a special two-part episode titled ‘Spyfall’ written by showrunner Chris Chibnall.
Series 12 will comprise of 10 episodes each following on consecutive Sunday’s after the New Years day special.
Jodie Whitaker returns as The Doctor alongside Graham (Bradley Walsh), Ryan (Tosin Cole), and Yasmin (Mandip Gill) on new adventures with the Cybermen, the Judoon and more returning along with new threats and new visits throughout time. Stephen Fry and Sir Lenny Henry are also confirmed for guest cameos.
