‘Only Murders in the Building’ continues to assemble an impressive roster of talent for its sixth season, with seven new stars joining the acclaimed Hulu comedy-mystery series.

David Tennant, Nicola Coughlan, Jodie Whittaker, Jim Broadbent, Adrian Lukis, Richard Ayoade, and Kathryn Hunter have all been cast in recurring guest star roles for Season 6. In keeping with the show’s tradition of secrecy, details regarding their characters are being kept firmly under wraps.

The latest additions further bolster what is already shaping up to be one of the series’ most star-studded seasons to date. Production on Season 6 is currently underway in the United Kingdom, marking a major shift in location for the beloved mystery comedy.

The upcoming season will once again follow amateur sleuths Charles-Haden Savage, Oliver Putnam, and Mabel Mora, played by Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez. Following the shocking events of the Season 5 finale, the trio will travel across the Atlantic to continue investigating the death of podcast rival Cinda Canning.

Alongside the newly announced cast members, Michael Cyril Creighton is set to return for the new season. They will be joined by an extensive lineup of recurring guest stars that includes Martin Freeman, Geri Halliwell-Horner, Jamie Demetriou, Anjana Vasan, Jane Horrocks, Derek Jacobi, Lesley Nicol, Jennifer Saunders, Sean Teale, Simone Ashley, Amar Chadha-Patel, Rhea Norwood, Matthew Beard, and Sharon Horgan.

Only Murders in the Building is created and written by Steve Martin and John Hoffman. Both serve as executive producers alongside Martin Short, Selena Gomez, Dan Fogelman, Jess Rosenthal, Ben Smith, Jennifer Crittenden, and Gabrielle Allan.

A premiere date for Season 6 has yet to be announced.
