This international poster for upcoming Marvel adaptation Thor is another disastrous Photoshop example.
Here’s what the design specifications (probably) consisted of:
- Don’t worry about using a new image of Thor, just cut around the teaser we rolled out a couple of months back, and paste it on any generic mid-west background you can find.
- Hey, Natalie Portman is in this! Didn’t she win an Oscar? Find an image of Natalie (doesn’t matter where) and slot it next to Thor. Make sure that she looks sultry and starring off at something outside of the poster (she doesn’t need to look at Thor).
- See if you can match the shading in her image with that of Thor’s, but don’t worry too much if it’s tricky, this is just going out to the European market.
