Every day this week, Disney have been releasing a new poster from their latest movie collaboration with Jerry Bruckheimer, The Sorcerer’s Apprentice which stars Nicolas Cage, Alfred Molina, Monica Bellucci, Teresa Palmer, Jay Baruchel and is helmed by National Treasure director, Jon Turteltaub. The first poster was for ‘The Wizard’ played by Gregory Woo, the second for The Villains played by Alfred Molina, the third for The Sorcereress played by Monica Belucci, the fourth for The A pprentice played by Jay Baruchel and today we get to see the fifth and final poster which always had to the The Sorcerer played by played by Nicolas Cage.
Character Description:
BALTHAZAR BLAKE (Nicolas Cage) is a student of Merlin and a Sorcerer. More than 1,000 years old, Balthazar has been searching the globe until he finds the Prime Merlinean, the descendent of Merlin and inheritor of his great powers. When Balthazar finally discovers him in 10-year-old Dave Stutler, he finds himself with a very reluctant sorcerer’s apprentice.
The Sorcerer’s Apprentice is released in the UK 11th August.
