HeyUGuys are in Toronto for one of the biggest film festivals of the year, with numerous world premieres and an early look at what may be competing for the Oscars in February next year.

Today we kick off our coverage from the festival with the opening night gala film, Borg/McEnroe. Earlier today, before the film’s red carpet tonight, the director and cast sat down with the assembled press to talk up one of the most anticipated films of the festival.

Director Janus Metz was joined by cast memebers Shia LaBeouf, Stellan Skarsgård and Sverrir Gudnason at the press conference for their movie Borg / McEnroe at the Toronto International Film Festival 2017 where the movie is having the world premiere.

Borg/McEnroe Synopsis

In 1980, Wimbledon’s spotlight lay heavily on the final between Björn Borg (Sverrir Gudnason) and John McEnroe (Shia LeBeouf). Björn Borg, the Swedish number 1, gentleman, and control freak was pitted against the eccentric newcomer from New York. Dubbed the Nordic coolness against the US hot-head, but these two giants of the sport are much closer than one might believe. An unforgettable final is stored in the minds of the spectators.
