The new poster for Tom Hooper’s excellent new film The King’s Speech is a further step away from the all-round disaster of the first attempt and is a less obvious relation to the rest of the images we’ve seen.

I had a lot of fun with this film at the LFF this year, and though it did slightly misstep once for a blowout of comedy posh swearing the relationships on screen were fraught with emotion and played beautifully by the cast. The relationship between Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush in particular is magnetic and I can’t wait to see how the public take to this one.

Make sure you check this film out in the cinemas, it’s worth your time.

Here’s the poster,

Yahooooooooooooooooooo threw this one up.
