Malin Akerman (The Romantics) and Lauren Ambrose (Where the Wild Things Are) have been added to the cast of David Wain’s Wanderlust, The Playlist have confirmed.
Akerman and Ambrose will star alongside Jennifer Aniston, Paul Rudd and Louis Theroux in the comedy project written by David Wain/Ken Marino and produced by Judd Apatow.
Wanderlust centers on a married couple (Aniston, Rudd) who try escaping modern society by moving from New York to a commune.
No word on who Ambrose and Akerman will be portraying but, one things for sure, Wanderlust is slowly becoming one of the most anticipated comedies of 2011.
Filming is expected to begin imminently.
