A-Million-Ways-to-Die-in-the-West-bannerMaking his live-action leading debut, Seth MacFarlane returns on both sides of the camera this month in his highly anticipated R-rated comedy, A Million Ways to Die in the West.

The brilliant first red-band trailer launched at the start of the year. And with the movie arriving at the end of the month, MTV has debuted the second red-band trailer to whet your appetite.

After cowardly Albert backs out of a gunfight because he’s never fired his gun, his fickle girlfriend leaves him for another man – the proprietor of the town’s foremost moustache emporium. When he accidentally saves the life of a mysterious and beautiful woman, she helps him find his courage and learn to stand up for himself. But when her husband, a notorious outlaw, arrives seeking revenge the sheep farmer must triumph over all of the hilariously awful dangers of the old west in order to save her.

MacFarlane once more tops another brilliant ensemble cast, joined by Charlize Theron, Liam Neeson, Amanda Seyfried, Neil Patrick Harris, Giovanni Ribisi, and Sarah Silverman.

Returning behind the camera following his hilarious movie debut with Ted, MacFarlane is once more directing from a script he co-wrote with collaborators Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild (Ted, Family Guy).

A Million Ways to Die in the West hits UK and US cinemas on May 30th, just a few weeks from now. Here’s the latest trailer to get you in the mood, along with a reminder that this is not suitable for work. Enjoy.
