The film debuted back in the spring at the Tribeca Film Festival, and now IFC has launched the first trailer over on Yahoo Movies, along with the first poster through EW.
A young writer (Justin Long) woos a cute and quirky barista (Evan Rachel Wood) by creating an embellished online profile. When she falls for his alter ego, he must keep up the act or lose his dream girl. Directed by TFF alumna Kat Coiro and featuring a cast of hilarious cameo performers, including Peter Dinklage, Brendan Fraser, Sam Rockwell, Vince Vaughn and Sienna Miller, A Case of You is a winning romantic comedy for the social media age.
Long and Wood are joined by a great cast of supporting characters and cameos, led by Peter Dinklage, Brendan Fraser, Sam Rockwell, Vince Vaughn, Busy Philipps, and Sienna Miller.
Kat Coiro (Life Happens) is at the helm, directing from a script which Long co-wrote with his brother Christian Long and Keir O’Donnell, all three of whom make their debuts as writers with the film.
A Case of You is set to be released in the US on November 6th. No word yet on a UK release date, but here’s to hoping that it will land in cinemas either later this year or early next.
