We present our interviews from the red carpet of the launch event of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story held this evening at London’s Tate Modern.
The eagerly awaited Star Wars prequel is directed by Gareth Edwards and stars Felicity Jones, Alan Tudyk, Ben Mendelsohn, Diego Luna, Donnie Yen, Jiang Wen, Forest Whitaker, Mads Mikkelsen and Riz Ahmed. It is produced by Kathleen Kennedy from an original idea by John Knoll.
The film has garnered exceptional early buzz and looks set to propel the Star Wars universe to even greater heights. The second Star Wars spin off movie is due out in 2018 and will focus on the early adventures of Han Solo. The next installment of the Skywalker saga will be out in cinemas in a year’s time as Rian Johnson serves up the as-yet-untitled Episode VIII.
