With a key, supporting role in Judd Apatow and Amy Schumer’s Trainwreck, this feels like the start of a promising career in cinema for American comedian Vanessa Bayer – and we had the pleasure of speaking to the Saturday Night Live star about her role.
She explained what it was like being on a set full of friends and comics, and whether it ever gets competitive at times. She also speaks to us about the art of impressions – as a skill she’s mastered, giving us insight into her own process.
