Denis Villeneuve has always shown an aptitude for innovation in his work, taking on a range of eclectic projects throughout his career, and asserting his own unique sensibilities within them. His latest is no different, as a tense and gripping political thriller, Sicario.
We had the pleasure of sitting down with the Canadian filmmaker to discuss his latest endeavour, while we also couldn’t resist but bring up his deviation into the world of science fiction, as he’s all set to helm the forthcoming Blade Runner sequel now known as Blade Runner 2049.
