It’s hard to imagine a filmmaker out there who appears to be as continuously busy at Guillermo del Toro – a man with a number of fingers in a number of pies – the latest of which, is his take on the gothic romance, Crimson Peak.
We sat down with the esteemed director to discuss his deviation into the treasured cinematic genre, and how he went about stamping his own unique vision into proceedings while remaining affectionately conventional at the same time. He also gives us an update on his future projects, Pinocchio, and Pacific Rim 2.
