The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings a founding member of The Avengers to the big screen for the first time with Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man. Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats.

Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world, and you can watch the first teaser trailer for Marvel’s most unique movie to date in the player below.

The trailer first aired during the series premiere of Agent Carter, and it features tons of new footage from Ant-Man, giving us a better idea of what to expect. Also below are the poster and a magazine cover.

As you more than likely already know, Edgar Wright was attached to direct for around eight years before deciding to depart the project early last year due to creative differences. Yes Man helmer Peyton Reed was brought in as a replacement, and Rudd and Adam McKay reworked his screenplay to be more MCU friendly.

Starring Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lilly, Corey Stoll, Judy Greer, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Pena, John Slattery, and Hayley Atwell, Ant-Man is set to be released on July 17th, later this year.
