To celebrate the return of the acclaimed drama Yellowstone, for which Season Three begins on June 21st, we were lucky enough to sit down with some of the cast of the show to chat about its continued success.
Already renewed for Season Four – but on hold due to COVID-19 lockdowns – the new season continues to delve deeper into the relationships and conflicts along the shared borders of a large cattle ranch, an Indian reservation, and land developers, particularly between the Dutton Family (led by Oscar winner Kevin Costner) and Chief Thomas Rainwater (Gil Birmingham).
In our interviews, we spoke to Kelly Reilly, Gil Birmingham and Cole Hauser about the show’s continued success, working with writer/director Taylor Sheridan and his unique voice, the escalating tensions through the new season and how important the show is in telling stories about issues revolving real-estate, land, borders, and immigration, all things that are still part of the ongoing debates in the US.
