The much anticipated Widows had its European Premiere at the 2018 LondonFilm Festival this evening where it opened the festival. It is co-written and directed by Twelve Years a Slave Oscar Winning director Steve McQueen. Gone Girl and Sharp Objects writer Gillian Flynn co-wrote the script from the Lynda LaPlante original.

The film stars Viola Davis, Liam Neeson, Michelle Rodriguez, Elizabeth Debicki, Carrie Coon, Colin Farrell, Robert Duvall, Jon Bernthal and Daniel Kaluuya.

PLOT:
