miss piggy tom hiddlestonIt was an excellent night in London’s Covent Garden for the 65th annual BAFTA award as Golden heads were handed out, The Artist ran quiet riot over everyone and took home the most awards while Colin Firth got down on one knee for Meryl Streep causing the hearts of the nation to flutter, and for the most part British film was celebrated in fine style.

None more stylish than a certain Miss Piggy who was installed by Orange at the head of the red carpet of the Royal Opera House to greet the guests as they arrived and there’s nothing more likely to raise a smile than a Muppet in a frock.

Here are her edited highlights from last night, with a special moment with Tom Hiddleston and a slightly terrified Daniel Radcliffe amongst others. If this doesn’t get The Muppets a presenting gig next year then nothing will.
