Netflix has unleashed the official trailer for ‘The Witcher’ season 4, marking a bold new era for the acclaimed fantasy saga. After the Continent-shattering events of Season 3, the new chapter finds Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri torn apart by war, destiny, and the countless enemies hunting them across a fractured world. As they navigate separate paths filled with peril and unexpected alliances, their fight for survival will test the very bonds that once united them.

The upcoming season promises eight episodes of high-stakes adventure, political intrigue, and monster-slaying mayhem, each running approximately 50 minutes. Lauren Schmidt Hissrich returns as Creator, Showrunner, and Executive Producer, continuing to expand the epic world inspired by Andrzej Sapkowski’s beloved novels.

Season 4 Synopsis

In the aftermath of chaos, Geralt of Rivia (now portrayed by Liam Hemsworth) faces a Continent at war. Broken yet unbowed, he seeks purpose in the wreckage, while Yennefer of Vengerberg (Anya Chalotra) struggles to rebuild Aretuza’s shattered order and Princess Cirilla of Cintra (Freya Allan) confronts her destiny head-on, hunted by empires and assassins alike.

As their journeys diverge, each encounters unexpected allies — warriors, sorcerers, rogues, and rebels — who may prove to be the key to their survival. But to reunite, they must first accept new families and forge unlikely bonds in a land that spares no one.
