Following their Hall H panel earlier today, the first trailers have been released for the highly anticipated sixth season of The Walking Dead, and the first season of companion/spinoff series Fear The Walking Dead.

The Walking Dead is set to return on October 11th, and as you can see from the preview below, it looks like Rick’s plan to take over Alexandria is going to seriously backfire when old friend Morgan and the original residents of that safe zone decide to team-up to get rid of him and his fellow survivors. Is civil war brewing?

Fear The Walking Dead will deal with the early days of the zombie outbreak, and this first look at the series – which has now been confirmed to premiere on August 23rd – sets the tone for the series pretty perfectly.

The zombies look nowhere near as decayed as those we’re used to seeing in The Walking Dead, while the world can be seen struggling to come to terms with the outbreak. It was said at the Hall H panel that there’s no plan for the two shows to ever cross over, but you have to believe there will be some ties between them.

Check out the trailers below and stay tuned to HeyUGuys for more news from Comic-Con this weekend.
