This morning brought us our first sneak peek and Bella and Edward’s daughter in The Twilight Saga: Break Dawn – Part 2, and now we have a new look at an entirely different take on the undead in a new clip from Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.

Released next week, Timur Bekmambetov returns behind the camera for the fantasy action film starring Benjamin Walker as the eponymous US president, giving a slightly different take to what the history books tell of him.

“Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter explores the secret life of our greatest president, and the untold story that shaped our nation. Visionary filmmakers Tim Burton and Timur Bekmambetov (director of Wanted) bring a fresh and visceral voice to the bloodthirsty lore of the vampire, imagining Lincoln as history’s greatest hunter of the undead.”

The supporting cast is really quite impressive, with Anthony Mackie, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Dominic Cooper, Rufus Sewell, and Alan Tudyk starring alongside Walker, with Bekmambetov directing from a script by Seth Grahame-Smith, who adapts his own original novel, and Tim Burton producing.

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter will be released next Wednesday, 20th June here in the UK, followed by two days later in the US for a 22nd June release.
