Netflix has released the official trailer for ‘The Rip,’ a hard-edged crime thriller that drops viewers into the sweltering pressure cooker of Miami’s underworld, where trust evaporates faster than sweat on hot asphalt.
The film kicks off when a team of Miami cops stumbles upon millions of dollars in cash hidden inside a derelict stash house. What should be a career-defining seizure quickly mutates into something far more dangerous. As whispers spread and outside forces catch wind of the haul’s true size, paranoia creeps in, alliances crack, and every relationship is put under a microscope. In this game, loyalty has a price tag, and everyone is suspect.
Directed by Joe Carnahan, the cast is stacked with heavyweight talent, led by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, alongside Steven Yeun, Teyana Taylor, Sasha Calle, and Catalina Sandino Moreno. They are joined by Scott Adkins and Kyle Chandler, rounding out the ensemble.
