Warner Bros. is bringing a seven foot tall LEGO Batman to this year’s San Diego Comic-Con made of 53,998 bricks which took 45 hours to design and 340 hours to be built. Fans will be able to take a selfie with that, and The LEGO Batman Movie is expected to have a big presence at the event this weekend. Now, some brand new images have been released.

Those offer up a first look at both Robin and The Joker, and look closely enough and you’ll also see Harley Quinn in there, a character guaranteed to become a fan-favourite in the eyes of moviegoers following the release of David Ayer’s Suicide Squad early next month.

In the irreverent spirit of fun that made The LEGO Movie a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble – LEGO Batman – stars in his own big-screen adventure: The LEGO Batman Movie. But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from The Joker’s hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up.

Also starring Michael Cera, Rosario Dawson and Zach Galifianakis, The LEGO Batman Movie will be in cinemas worldwide beginning February 10th, 2017. Don’t forget to check out more official images and the poster by clicking here and the teaser by clicking right here.
