Peacock has unleashed the trailer for the remake of John Woo’s 1989 Hong Kong action classic ‘The Killer.’
Set in Paris, Nathalie Emmanuel plays Zee, an infamous assassin known as the Queen of the Dead.
When she refuses an assignment by her handler, played by Sam Worthington, to kill a blinded young woman named Jenn (Diana Silvers), she loses her alliance and attracts the attention of a savvy police investigator Sy (Omar Sy).
The pair become caught up in a sinister criminal conspiracy that will set her on a collision course with her own past. Eric Cantona, Tchéky Karyo and Grégory Montel co-star.
Woo directs from a screenplay by Brian Helgeland.
