Plot

The Guest is an addictive, fast-paced, twisty thriller that centres on the toxic and beguiling relationship between successful, charismatic business owner, Fran, and her sparky but down-on-her-luck cleaner, Ria. When Ria starts working for Fran, she’s intoxicated by this confident and self-assured woman who encourages her to take control of her life, and an intense friendship is forged.
However, when the opulent world of Fran collides with Ria’s and Fran’s advice leads to a shocking event, the lives of these two very different women become intertwined with shared secrets and dangerous plots. What follows is a compelling and manipulative game of cat and mouse when murder, wealth disparity, jealousy and secrets are brought to the surface.
