Netflix has officially revealed the teaser trailer, first look images and release date for Guy Ritchie’s ‘The Gentlemen’ season 2, with the hit crime drama returning on 3 September exclusively on Netflix.
The new season sees Eddie and Susie’s criminal partnership tested as they continue building their empire overseas, but the path to success is never a smooth one when power, money and ambition are involved.
One year after joining forces to work within Bobby’s criminal operation, Eddie and Susie find themselves questioning the future of the business. As Bobby’s decisions become increasingly reckless, the pair must decide whether to step in and take control or risk watching everything they have built collapse.
But in the world of organised crime, ambition comes with a dangerous price, and Eddie and Susie may discover that reaching the top is only the beginning of their problems.
The newly released first-look images offer fans a glimpse at the returning cast, including Theo James (The White Lotus, The Monkey), Kaya Scodelario (Senna, Crawl), Ray Winstone (Sexy Beast, Nil By Mouth), Joely Richardson (Renegade Nell, One Day), and Vinnie Jones (Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch) reprising their roles.
The images also provide the first look at one of the stunning new locations featured in Season 2, with the world-renowned Lake Maggiore in Italy serving as a backdrop for part of the upcoming series.
Created by Guy Ritchie, ‘The Gentlemen’ expands the universe of his acclaimed 2019 crime film, bringing together stylish action, dark humour and a ruthless battle for control of a criminal empire.
