The first poster has been released over on Empire for new British comedy, Made in Dagenham (previously called We Want Sex hence the slight pun on the banner). The first trailer for the movie came out last week so a poster was definitely imminent. It features the main character, Sally Hawkins most prominently with the rest of the cast which includes Miranda Richardson, Geraldine James, Rosamund Pike, Jamie Winstone, Daniel Mays and the legend himself, Bob Hoskins in the background. It’s directed by Nigel Cole (Calendar Girls) and is set for release in the UK 1st October.
The story centres around Hawkins who works in a factory in Dagenham and fights for equal pay taking her fight all the way to Parliament.
