Becoming ever more ridiculous and self-aware the ability of The Expendables to nimbly vault expectations is the reason that we have a third instalment heading to our cinemas.
This new outing for the ever-expanding action ensemble adds Harrison Ford and Antonio Banderas to the lineup, though this understanbdable leads to some of your previous favourites having their roles reduced to cameos. The series may end up eating itself (the all-female Expendabelles film, mentioned in the video, is still ahead off us) but veering so close to parody won’t last forever until the balance tips.
Here’s the full video of what may be their last press conference, which happened in London before the world premiere later this evening. We’ll have our red carpets interviews up on the site as soon as they’ve landed.
