After making a long-awaited return to the sci-fi genre last year, Ridley Scott will be back on the big screen with his latest thriller, The Counselor, which undeniably boasts one of the best casts of the year.
Michael Fassbender is front and centre for Scott, and following the teaser trailer’s debut last month, Fox have revealed a new trailer, along with three clips from the film.
A respected lawyer’s one-time dalliance with an illegal business deal spirals out of control.
Fassbender stars alongside Javier Bardem, Penélope Cruz, Cameron Diaz, Brad Pitt, Natalie Dormer, John Leguizamo, Goran Visnjic, and Rosie Perez, making it easy to see why this has so much buzz surrounding it.
Along with featuring such a stellar cast, Scott is directing from a script penned by Cormac McCarthy, the Pulitzer Prize-winning author behind No Country for Old Men, who makes his debut as a screenwriter with the movie.
The Counselor, known as The Counsellor on our shores, will be released in the US on October 25th, and is set to be released here in the UK on 15th November. In the meantime, here’s the latest trailer, along with three new clips from the film, all of which should be plenty to pique your interest.
