9. Captain America (Captain America: The First Avenger)
Steve Rogers donned two suits in Captain America: The First Avenger, but we’ve highlighted the first one for a very specific reason; it’s arguably the first suit to be featured in a comic book movie which is literally identical to the character’s original costume.
As part of the USO show, Cap donned this outfit in order to boost morale, and it was a great touch by Marvel to include this as a way of honouring his very first comic book appearance (hence why he also punches Hitler). In many respects, it shows why superhero costumes need to be changed in their transition to live action, and while Cap would later create his own makeshift costume to actually fight on the battlefields, the whole USO montage in which he wore this is one of the most memorable parts of the movie.
