Streaming service Starplayz has become the new home of the “Power” Universe which comes from the prolific creator, writer, producer and showrunner Courtney A. Kemp and executive producer Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson.

Landing at its new home also sees its expansion with four new spinoffs that include the previously announced ‘POWER BOOK II: GHOST’ and continue with three additional distinctive, gripping and mind-bending chapters that will have audiences captivated for years to come following yesterday’s “Power” series finale in the U.S.

‘POWER BOOK II: GHOST’ will pick up where the original series leaves off, starring world-renowned recording artist and Oscar® nominee Mary J. Blige, Cliff “Method Man” Smith and several members of the original series.

Produced by Lionsgate Television, the universe will also include a prequel titled ‘POWER BOOK III: RAISING KANAN’ – the story will take viewers back to the ‘90s and the early years of iconic “Power” character Kanan Stark.

Spinoff three is called ‘POWER BOOK IV: INFLUENCE’ and follows Rashad Tate (played by Larenz Tate) in his ruthless pursuit of political power, whilst the fourth, ‘POWER BOOK V: FORCE’, will follow Tommy Egan (played by Joseph Sikora) after he cuts ties and puts New York in his rearview mirror for good.

The ‘Power’ series are executive produced by series creator and showrunner Courtney A. Kemp through her company End of Episode, and Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson through his G-Unit Film and Television. Also serving as executive producers on the series are Mark Canton through his Atmosphere Entertainment MM, Chris Selak and Danielle De Jesus through End of Episode and Shana Stein and Bart Wenrich. The series is produced by Lionsgate TV for STARZ.
