This evening saw the European Premiere of Episode IX of George Lucas’s Star Wars Saga: The Rise of Skywalker come to town. This is the final film in the Skywalker Saga, and it is undoubtedly one of the cinematic highlights of the year.
The film stars Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Ian McDiarmid, Kelly Marie Tran, Keri Russell, Lupita Nyong’o Joonas Suotamo, Billy Dee Williams, Richard E. Grant. It was directed by J. J. Abrams from a script he wrote with Chris Terrio. Also walking the red carpet were droids C-3PO, R2-D2, BB-8 and newcomer D-O.
Colin Hart and Scott Davis were the ones on the carpet saying Hello There! to the stars.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is out on the 20th of December.
