When you are introducing your latest car you have only a few moments to capture the imagination of the audience.  You have only moments to indicate the essence of what sets you apart from the ever crowded arena and all the impressive statistics and revolutionary technology won’t matter if you don’t grab the viewer will something special.

Lexus have released a new advert to complement the launch of their Lexus CT luxury hybrid hatchback which made its European debut at this year’s Brussels Motor Show. There was a heavy focus at the show on the Hybrid technology from Lexus and the advert conveys the fluidity and economy of movement very well, all the time subtly reinforcing the energy-conscious message.

Tech-heads will love the Premium Navigation system with 3D Graphics, Google Street View, Panoramio and the ability to read out incoming text messages. The aesthetic of the Lexus CT is a real feature of the car, and this video wastes no time in showing the car off.

While the general public becomes more familiar with the notion and purpose of Hybrid technology it is performance and style of the car which is pushed to the fore here. The importance of environmental performance is always behind their philosophy, and this new Lexus has that in spades.
