Prime Video has revealed the official teaser trailer for ‘Spider-Noir,’ and confirmed a global premiere date of 27 May 2026. The live-action Marvel adaptation arrives as a full binge release, inviting audiences to sink into a shadow-drenched New York where heroism flickers like a streetlamp in the fog.
Headlining the series is Academy Award® winner Nicolas Cage, taking on his first leading television role as Ben Reilly, a weary private investigator navigating the hard edges of 1930s New York. Once the city’s lone masked protector, Reilly is now haunted by a deeply personal tragedy that drags his past back into the light.
The teaser hints at a world steeped in noir texture—rain-slick streets, moral gray zones, and danger curling around every corner—while promising a character study as intense as any crime thriller.
Joining Cage is an expansive ensemble that blends prestige drama pedigree with rising talent. The core cast includes Lamorne Morris, Li Jun Li, Karen Rodriguez, Abraham Popoola, Jack Huston, and Brendan Gleeson, while guest appearances feature Lukas Haas, Cameron Britton, Cary Christopher, Michael Kostroff, Scott MacArthur, Joe Massingill, Whitney Rice, Amanda Schull, Andrew Caldwell, Amy Aquino, Andrew Robinson, and Kai Caster.
‘Spider-Noir’ is produced by Sony Pictures Television exclusively for MGM+ and Prime Video. Emmy-winning director Harry Bradbeer helms and executive produces the first two episodes, with Oren Uziel and Steve Lightfoot serving as co-showrunners and executive producers.
