To celebrate the release of Smile, we spoke to lead actress Sosie Bacon about this grim grinning film.
Smile revolves around psychiatrist Dr Rose Cotter whose patient commits suicide – violently before her. Since the horrific act, Rose is stalked by a malevolent presence
We spoke with Sosie about playing such a physically demanding role, the effect of trauma within the film, and needing many massages post filming.

Plot:
After witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient, Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) starts experiencing frightening occurrences that she can’t explain. As an overwhelming terror begins taking over her life, Rose must confront her troubling past in order to survive and escape her horrifying new reality.
