In just a few short weeks, Ron Howard will be making his anticipated return to the big screen with Rush, the biopic action/racing drama of legendary F1 rival drivers, James Hunt and Niki Lauda.

The latest trailer teased some of the exceptional action/racing sequences soon to be coming our way. And now StudioCanal have released a new trailer, introduced by Howard himself, adding some more new footage into the mix.

RUSH portrays the exhilarating true story of two of the greatest rivals the world has ever witnessed—handsome English playboy James Hunt (Chris Hemsworth) and his methodical, brilliant opponent, Niki Lauda (Daniel Brühl). Set against the sexy and glamorous golden age of Formula 1 racing, Rush follows the two drivers as they push themselves to the breaking point of physical and psychological endurance, where there is no shortcut to victory and no margin for error.

Hemsworth and Brühl are front and centre as Hunt and Lauda, respectively, with Olivia Wilde, Alexandra Maria Lara, and Natalie Dormer starring alongside them.

Howard reunites with Peter Morgan here, who also penned the script for their past collaboration, Frost/Nixon, which earned both Howard and Morgan nominations at the Oscars a few years back.

Rush will be released in the UK on 13th September, before heading across the Atlantic for its early September 20th limited US release, going wide on September 27th.

And if you’re after just the trailer, itself.
