DeWitt will star opposite Emily Blunt (Sunshine Cleaning) and Mark Duplass (Humpday).
The untitled comedy will center on a man (Duplass) who comes between two sisters (Blunt and DeWitt).
It will be Shelton’s follow-up to the acclaimed bromance film Humpday, and will reunite her with producer Steven Schardt.
Production is expected to commence in Seattle later this month.
