Peter Chelsom wants you to find happiness, and he hopes it’ll be in a cinema watching his film. Hector and the Search for Happiness has been adapted from the novel by François Lelord, Simon Pegg is our titular hero and Rosamund Pike and Amanda Abbington join for the fun.
Pegg and Pike have only just recently witnessed the end of the world (in The World’s End) and now they are on a quest to find the key to happiness. Will they find it? Maybe in each other? Frankly the world could use a little happiness right now.
Tonight was the UK premiere of the film and Amon Warmann and Colin Hart were on the carpet asking the questions. Here’s how they got on.
