Sky has launched a teaser trailer for the historical drama ‘Nuremberg’, featuring Russell Crowe.
The forty-second teaser trailer reveals Academy Award® winner Russell Crowe’s performance as Hermann Göring in this thought-provoking historical drama for the first time.
Based on the book “The Nazi and the Psychiatrist” by Jack El-Hai, ‘Nuremberg’ is inspired by the true story of the eponymous trials held by the Allies against the defeated Nazi regime. The film centres on American psychiatrist Douglas Kelley (Malek), who is tasked with determining whether Nazi prisoners are fit to stand trial for their war crimes. He finds himself in a complex battle of wits with Hermann Göring (Crowe), Hitler’s right-hand man.
Written and directed by James Vanderbilt, the ensemble cast includes Academy Award® winner Rami Malek as Göring’s psychiatrist Douglas Kelly, Academy Award® nominee Michael Shannon, Academy Award® nominee Richard E. Grant and breakout star Leo Woodall, who speaks German in the role of translator Howard Triest.
