There’s now less than a month to go until Marvel’s Jessica Jones hits Netflix, and a new motion poster has been released to coincide with the announcement that the first official trailer for this highly anticipated series is going to be released on Friday. It’s about time!

We’ve now seen a fair few teasers for the show, but no actual footage, so it will be great to actually get an idea of what to expect. The first episode was screened to fans at the New York Comic Con and the response has since been overwhelmingly positive, so it should good anyway. Jessica Jones is the second of the four shows focusing on The Defenders. The others are of course Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist; they’ll then all eventually team-up!

Krysten Ritter plays Jessica Jones, and she’ll be joined by Rachel Taylor as Trish Walker (a.k.a. Hellcat), Carrie-Anne Moss as Harper, Mike Colter as Luke Cage, and David Tennant as the villainous Killgrave/ Purple Man. It’s an impressive cast, and this poster is very cool.

The official synopsis for Jessica Jones reveals that, “After a tragic ending to her short-lived super hero stint, Jessica Jones is rebuilding her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases involving people with extraordinary abilities in New York City.”

Jessica Jones is set to premiere on the online streaming service on November 20th.
