Netflix are really giving us a treat at the Tudum event this weekend including the announcement of premiere dates for ‘The Crown’ season 5 and season 3 of ‘Emily in Paris.’

The Crown season 5 – premieres on November 9th

Season 5 will delve into the early 1990s — a hugely turbulent period for the Royal Family, to be honest, 90% of the Windsor reign has never been quiet on the drama front, they could give the Ewings a run for their money. It will focus on the breakdown of three of her children’s marriages, a fire at Windsor Castle, and the deaths of Princess Margaret, the Queen Mother and the Princess of Wales.

Elizabeth Debicki is on board to play the role of Princess Diana, while Imelda Staunton takes over the role of Queen Elizabeth II from Olivia Colman. Dominic West will be portraying Prince Charles, Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip and Lesley Manville as Princess Margaret, and Jonny Lee Miller as Ex-Tory Prime Minister John Major.
