The WWE has an interesting lineup of personalities, but none that can compare to that of Mike Tyson. The former heavyweight champion of the world has periodically appeared in the WWE universe over the years and this year will be a playable character in THQ’s annual wrestling franchise, WWE ’13.
With Tyson on the roster we can expect to see some classic moments from his contributions to the WWE. Tyson is mostly remembered for his membership in Degeneration X. Iron Mike seems to be particularly excited for his presence in WWE ’13 and had this to say in THQ’s press release:
“The baddest man on the planet is back – and only in WWE ’13,”
“Fans everywhere can now relive what I experienced during the ‘Attitude Era.’”
Tyson is only available as an exclusive pre-order bonus through participating retailers in the US and Canada. He will be available in the Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii versions of the game.
