Apologies for the delay but last weekend help the 2016 MCM London Comic Con and our man Colin Hart was there to capture the experience in photo and video form.
130 000 people filled London’s Excel centre last weekend for one of the biggest comic conventions in Europe over Halloween weekend. Dressed as every character you can think of from popular comic books, films and TV shows, the Excel was a sea of colour with a wonderful atmosphere as veteran and new fans of the fantasy genre took park in the event.
As well as the traditional stalls and memorabilia coming out of our ears, Google Daydream were there with their brand new VR platform which works with the new Google Pixel phone. Keep your eyes peeled in the video below to see it in action (Daydream trailer embedded below). Google teamed up with Warner Bros. to bring a new users the chance to enter J.K. Rowling’s new Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
Colin took so many photos and videos that it seemed only right to put together a nice little montage video which is embedded below. Apologies of you didn’t appear but there were so many to capture we just couldn’t get you all.
