Apple TV+ has dropped the trailer for the third season of its acclaimed comedy ‘Loot,’ and Molly Wells is officially back—and on the move. The 10-episode season, led by six-time Emmy Award-winning star and executive producer Maya Rudolph, will debut globally on Wednesday, October 15, with the first two episodes, followed by new weekly instalments every Wednesday through December 10.

Created and executive-produced by Matt Hubbard and Alan Yang, Loot has charmed audiences with its razor-sharp wit and heartfelt character arcs since its debut. At its centre is Molly Wells (Rudolph), a woman who finds herself at a personal crossroads after walking away from her 20-year marriage to tech billionaire John Novak (Adam Scott) with an $87 billion divorce settlement. With her fortune—and a newfound sense of purpose—Molly has devoted herself to her philanthropic passion project, the Wells Foundation.

Picking Up After a Jet-Setting Cliffhanger

Season two ended with a whirlwind of drama as Molly and her assistant Nicholas (Joel Kim Booster) took to the skies on her private jet. With her billionaire peers rebelling against her bold philanthropic vision and her complicated, unresolved tension with Arthur (Nat Faxon) simmering, Molly’s last words—“Take me as far away as possible”—left fans eagerly awaiting what’s next.

Now, in season three, Molly has landed, but the ride is just beginning. With her quirky, lovable Wells Foundation crew—including Sofia (Michaela Jaé Rodriguez), Howard (Ron Funches), Arthur, and Nicholas—by her side, Molly doubles down on her promise to give away her fortune while navigating the chaos, comedy, and curveballs of her new mission-driven life.

Star Power and Surprise Guests

Alongside Rudolph and the returning cast, season three is packed with star-studded guest appearances. Viewers can look forward to seeing Stephanie Styles, Adam Scott, D’Arcy Carden, Kesha, Zane Phillips, Henry Winkler, X Mayo, and Paula Pell, among others, making for one of the most exciting lineups yet.

With laugh-out-loud antics, sharp satire, and heartwarming moments, the trailer teases a season where Molly Wells continues her unpredictable, hilarious, and surprisingly moving journey of self-discovery—reminding us that even billions can’t buy happiness. Still, maybe they can buy a second chance.
