Apple TV has dropped a teaser for ‘Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed.’ This sharp-edged, darkly comedic thriller looks ready to juggle suburban chaos with something far more sinister lurking beneath the surface. Led by Emmy Award winner Tatiana Maslany and Jake Johnson.

The newly released teaser offers a glimpse into a world where everyday life fractures under pressure. Maslany’s Paula, a newly divorced mother, appears caught between school runs and something far more dangerous: a suspected crime that pulls her into a spiralling investigation. The tone dances between unease and irony, suggesting a story where PTA meetings and blackmail share the same oxygen.

‘Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed’ follows Paula as she navigates the aftermath of divorce while battling a looming custody fight and a deepening identity crisis. Convinced she has witnessed a crime, she begins her own investigation—one that quickly drags her into a tangled web of blackmail, murder, and youth football culture.

As Paula digs deeper, the lines between truth and paranoia blur. What starts as a personal quest for answers threatens to unravel a much larger conspiracy. At the same time, her journey may hold the key to rebuilding her fractured sense of self—and possibly her family.

The series boasts a strong ensemble cast alongside Maslany and Johnson, including Brandon Flynn, Murray Bartlett, Jessy Hodges, Jon Michael Hill, Charlie Hall, Kiarra Hamagami Goldberg, Nola Wallace, and Dolly De Leon.

Behind the camera, the project is spearheaded by creator and showrunner David J. Rosen, who also serves as executive producer. Direction comes from David Gordon Green.
