Cineworld Leicester Square in London was the place to be this evening, as the UK Premiere of Masters of the Universe brought one of the most eagerly anticipated fantasy epics of the year to the big screen. The film stars Nicholas Galitzine, Jared Leto, Camila Mendes, Idris Elba, Alison Brie, James Purefoy, Morena Baccarin, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson, Charlotte Riley and Kristen Wiig; it was written by Chris Butler and directed by Travis Knight.
Masters of the Universe will be released in cinemas on 3rd June 2026.

Plot:
After fifteen years apart, the Sword of Power draws Prince Adam back to Eternia, only to find his once-great kingdom crushed under the iron rule of the villainous Skeletor.
